Part-Time Seasonal Server ($10.50/hr + Tips)

Graduate by Hilton Bloomington is seeking a Seasonal Server to join Poindexter Bar & Coffee to support outdoor dining operations and deliver a welcoming, efficient and welcoming experience for our guests.

 

Compensation:

Server shifts: $10.50/hour + tips

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities  

• Greets guests promptly and provides attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Takes and inputs guest orders accurately using Toast POS handheld system
• Retrieves beverages from the bar and delivers to assigned tables
• Runs food to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
• Monitors outdoor dining section to anticipate guest needs and maintain service flow
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of patio space, including tables, chairs, and surrounding areas
• Busses and resets tables quickly to support table turnover and guest satisfaction
• Assists with opening and closing duties for outdoor dining service
• Communicates effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
• Follows all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines
• Assists with additional café or banquet duties as assigned
• Other duties assigned

 

Education & Experience 

• High School Diploma/GED
• Prior Food Service experience preferred but not required

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

• Ability to multi-task
