About the role

Kaimetrix is seeking a Senior Business Administrator to support the Army G‑2 Data Capabilities Division (DCD) Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO) mission. This role provides advanced business analysis, metrics development, and process‑improvement support to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and performance of intelligence‑related activities across the organization.

The Senior Business Administrator demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge, strong analytic rigor, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across the Intelligence Community to support data‑driven decision‑making and continuous process improvement.

What you’ll do

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Support process improvement initiatives by conducting analysis using internal program data and external benchmark data
• Identify areas of risk, inefficiency, and improvement across intelligence‑related activities
• Develop, refine, and monitor metrics to support identification of issues and justification for improvements
• Perform business process mapping of intelligence‑related workflows and activities
• Conduct process‑improvement analysis to support mission effectiveness

Metrics, Performance & Statistical Analysis

• Conduct statistical analysis to measure production, performance, and usage of services and products
• Develop and maintain performance measures for intelligence‑related activities
• Analyze trends in reporting and incorporate multiple analytic perspectives from analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
• Provide data‑driven insights to support leadership decision‑making

Reporting, Documentation & Records Management

• Compile concise, insightful, and comprehensive analytic products for defense intelligence stakeholders
• Perform record‑keeping functions to ensure all visualization and production activities are accurately captured
• Track visualization requests, product formatting, and dissemination activities within the relevant databases
• Produce ad hoc and recurring business analytic products and reports

Analytic Rigor & Collaboration

• Demonstrate the ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, or technically advanced
