Description

ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a detail oriented and collaborative Maintenance Coordinator to join our Columbia, PA team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining requisitions and schedules for planned work, maintenance team schedules, and spare parts organization. 

Key Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties:

• Creation of Purchase Requisitions for planned work
• Assist Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians in the staging of job materials requirements.
• Identifies recommendations and or areas for improvements.
• Ensure the established maintenance schedule is communicated.
• Serving as the owner of the plant work order system and scheduling process for PM, active work orders capital and improvement projects work orders.
• Estimate time for work orders.
• Monitor, update and maintain all spare parts between the Maintenance Department and Stock Room.
• To timely, communicate with the departments on requested work and equipment availability.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisors, the appropriate shift required work that is to be performed and period available to complete work.
• Assist with maintenance department stem documentation
• PM and Standard Job Development for Maintenance
• MRO Supply Chain Coordination

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in Maintenance Planning preferred
• Must have 2+ years Mechanical Experience in a heavy industrial setting preference give for foundry experience.
• Advance computer knowledge in Excel. Preventative Maintenance systems and MRO systems.
