MFL Teacher – Spanish/French
Location: Ashford, Kent
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Paid to scale

We are working in partnership with The North School, part of the Swale Academies Trust, to recruit an enthusiastic and talented MFL Teacher specialising in Spanish and French to join their supportive and ambitious department from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and contribute to a thriving languages curriculum within a forward-thinking school community.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and high-quality Spanish and French lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Encourage confidence and enthusiasm for modern foreign languages
Support students in achieving strong academic outcomes
Monitor student progress and implement strategies to raise achievement
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Spanish and French within the UK curriculum
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for language education and enriching student experiences
