What you’ll do
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
- Project Management:
- Oversee and maintain timeline for shop launches, equipment fabrication & delivery, pre-series builds, ramp activities and other relevant project material ensuring accuracy and consistency for Product Planning.
- Own the Launch related areas of expertise of this group including assembly sequences, pre-series requirements & management and shop launch schedules.
- Implement project management strategies to ensure integrity and security of processes & documentation.
- Regularly audit and validate processes & planned project activities to ensure deliverables meet defined requirements.
- Coordinate activities within the team that outline and achieve project goals.
- Project Analysis and Reporting:
- Create detailed and accurate reports by compiling and analyzing data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization tools to support decision-making.
- Issue Resolution:
- Use CAD-Data-Analysis, simulations and virtual tests to identify risks for high volume manufacturing.
- Take responsibility for all communication between Production, Product Planning, Process Planning and engineering department as Single point of contact for all shop launch-related topics.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other teams to support project deliveries and ensure that Product Planning technical input is provided to meet requested deadlines
- Facilitate deliverable exchange and communication between cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and project success.
- Ability to build consensus among peers while buildings solid relationships and trust with internal team members
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes and procedures.
