The Senior Product Manager – Asset Management Solutions is responsible for defining, managing, and advancing the strategic asset management and integrations roadmap for Regal Rexnord’s Connected Solutions portfolio. This position will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales across Regal Rexnord to drive short- and long-term strategies around asset management capabilities, field services, mobile experience, and platform integration strategies across software, sensor, and hardware systems.

A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to define and present 3-5 year integration and asset management growth strategies to Senior Leadership while effectively managing cross-functional, global development teams. This individual contributor role requires strong leadership and a collaborative mindset to identify emerging integration opportunities, build compelling business cases, define clear technical and user requirements, and drive end-to-end execution of unified architecture initiatives. This position also partners with Corporate Marketing to develop compelling messaging around platform capabilities and product differentiation.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of software integration and digitally enabled platforms. A strong sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to influence across diverse technical and commercial stakeholders are critical. This is a hybrid role based in Milwaukee, WI.

Experience

• BS or BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

• 7+ years of experience in product management within B2B or B2C technology environments

• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional product development efforts, with the ability to lead and deliver multiple concurrent workstreams under time constraints

• Experience with enterprise-level software platforms or cloud-based systems is preferred (e.g., CRM, CMMS, EAM, field service management tools, or other data-centric platforms)

• Excellent presentation skills with a history of communicating to executive leadership

• SCRUM/Agile experience a plus

• Industrial market experience a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the asset management and integration roadmap aligned to business strategy and customer needs

• Identify and evaluate external partner opportunities for technology integrations and platform enablement

• Define integration blueprints and feature-level requirements, translating customer needs into actionable user stories

• Collaborate with system architects and engineering teams on ideation, technical feasibility, and platform scalability

• Build business cases with ROI justification for new integrations, leveraging both VOC and internal stakeholder input

• Utilize analytics and feedback loops to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform strategic planning

• Foster cross-functional partnerships across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and external stakeholders

• Lead integration-focused product launches, ensuring readiness of marketing, training, and sales enablement materials

• Support internal and external sales teams through training and customer engagement

• Develop competitive analyses for integration approaches and platform strategies

• Travel up to 25% as needed
