Junior Social Media Manager - Milan

Media.Monks Milan is looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to contribute to an amazing team of Monks working for one of our biggest clients to set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with communication strategies. Let Us Give You An Idea Of Your Responsibilities

• Steer social projects with great care, organisation, and confidence in collaboration with the account team 
• Work on daily editorial calendar and define the content creation:
• Briefing the creative and post production team 
• Defining the timings and scheduling 
• Giving impactful insight 
• Manage live coverage during events: video shooting, editing and posting 
• Take part in mini content production, coordinating the production team and video makers 
• Report considering the main social metrics and client’s KPI with quantitative and qualitative considerations across various social media platforms
• Management and supervision of a junior figure
• Constant interaction with the client to ensure the best social output at all times
• Analyse the social conversation around the brand
• Work closely with strategic team to provide optimisation opportunities
• Liaise with media agencies and external partners, aligning across all agencies to create fully integrated campaigns across all touch points.
• Build close-knit and trusted working relationships both internally and externally. 

 

The talent we want to discover

• 2 years of experience 
• operative in all the different social tasks: community management, reporting, editorial calendar, live coverage, content creation 
• very fluent in English 
• expert on TikTok
• expert in using social tools for scheduling, sharing, reporting and moderating like sprinklr, emplifi, meta business suite
• a good knowledge of social advertising (formats and placements)
• knowing how to use Capcut is a plus 
• good team working and public speaking
