We are seeking a summer intern. The desired area of interest is Sales . The intern season will begin between May 2026 and may run through end of August 2026. The location is in Acushnet,MA
Position Overview
The Commercial Sales Intern will work for approximately 10-12 weeks over the summer at P.J. Keating to integrate the individual's education into the company’s objectives. The Intern will be exposed to a variety of departments and work environments during the internship. This will involve working on key projects to impact business growth.
What You Will Do
- Adhere to and follow all policies and regulations.
- Provide sales support to field sales professionals.
- Ability to provide differential value between P.J. Keating and our competitors.
- Identify new markets and target specific accounts and prospects to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Actively learn and contribute to program, projects, and events as assigned by supervisor or department.
- Demonstrate at all times behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values.
- Exposure to analytics and reporting through sales force and other applications.
- Maintain productive working relationship with customers & fellow employees.
- Gain hands-on, real-world experience by visiting a wide range of customers within a specific territory / region.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Must possess valid driver’s license to travel to various locations
- Drive to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently with attention to detail
- Able to work in a team environment
Education/Experience
- Currently full-time student (High School or College)
- 3.0 GPA or higher
General Requirements
- Mobility to attend various meetings and events at offsite locations.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must submit to a drug screen and criminal background check.
