TITLE:                          Customer Service Representative

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A:

Answer inbound calls.
Assist customers with online payments, due date changes, and automatic payment setup.
Assist customers with general questions about their account.
Ensure adherence to Arivo’s Customer Service policy and procedures.
Participate in ongoing training on customer service skills, compliance and company policy.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

1+ years experience in customer service or similar
Proficient computer, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle a variety of customer situations using problem solving skills with enthusiasm and tact
Bilingual is a plus, especially in Spanish
