Position Overview:
Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking a motivated and personable Community Liaison/Marketing Representative to help us grow our presence in the San Antonio area. You will play a key role in generating new client referrals by building lasting relationships with individuals, families, and community healthcare partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Our territory covers San Antonio and the surrounding areas including New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, Seguin and San Marcos.

Education: High School Diploma/GED required


Qualifications:  

• 2+ years of marketing, sales, or relationship management experience; healthcare or senior care industry preferred
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and track engagement
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation required

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, senior living communities, rehabilitation centers, and physicians
• Network and connect with families and community organizations to promote the benefits of home care services
• Actively manage and update all outreach, lead, and client activities using our CRM system
• Track and analyze outreach effectiveness and client engagement within the CRM
• Schedule, coordinate, and attend community events, presentations, and meetings to market Assisting Hands services
• Collaborate with the agency team to ensure a seamless onboarding of new clients
• Consistently follow up with potential clients and referral partners

Compensation and Benefits: 

• Base salary: $45,000–$50,000 per year, plus commission

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
