Who we’re looking for:
The Member Solutions Representative (MSR) will be responsible for calling upon senior living facilities to generate leads, advance the sales process, close new business, and achieve monthly sales revenue growth targets. The MSR will be expected to identify and cultivate new prospects, cross sell solutions to existing members, and maintain a strong pipeline to ensure continued success. The MSR will call on targeted accounts within assigned territories to ensure members are fully utilizing all services and benefits Navigator has to offer as well as prospect for new members within their respective territory. The position will utilize excellent telephone sales and communication skills to develop strong relationships with their members, identify needs, and quickly turn prospects into new and recurring revenue for Navigator.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Sales & Business Development
- Prospect for new members and follow up with leads within Pipeline
- Proactively target and identify members with low purchasing activity
- Identify decision makers with targeted leads to begin sales process and build relationship with key decision makers
- Build a sales pipeline through the sales cycle by making outbound calls and continuous follow-up
Customer Needs & Solutions
- Understand member’s needs and provide appropriate solutions
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approach
- Work with internal and external partners to ensure program connection
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- 2-4 years of sales/tele-sales experience
- BA/BS in business or related concentration preferred
- Experience working on a sales quota
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas.
- Goal-oriented, motivated self-starter
- Demonstrate an aptitude for providing exceptional, detail-oriented customer service.
- Must be able to multi-task and manage timelines, work in a fast-paced results-oriented environment
