The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including onboarding, employee recordkeeping and reports, onboarding plans, employee engagement, and offboarding. The Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the firm.

The Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supports new hire orientation activities for Philippine new team members
- Delivers new hire orientation virtually and in person as requested
- Reviews pre-onboarding paperwork of candidates for errors and completeness
- Assists in different employee engagements organized by Human Resources
- Holds 1:1 meeting and focus groups with new employees during the first 90 days of employment
- Assists HR Specialists on their reporting tasks
- Supports offboarding process for departing employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, or other related field
- Experience working in HR for accounting or professional services firms (preferred)
- Experience delivering new hire orientation in person and with Microsoft Teams
- Experience in communication, social media and marketing tools or applications(preferred)
- Can recommend practical improvements to supervisor
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Can handle employee information confidentiality
- Has strong attention to detail and delivers high-quality work on time
- Can handle difficult, but not complex, problems independently
- Can address employee queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
