Job Description
Responds to internal and external inquiries and distributes accurate information. Perform administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, arranging transportation, receiving and sending mail and packages. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Perform clerical tasks such as typing, photocopying, scanning, and filing documents, time keeping.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring accuracy and organization. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports. Assist with the organization and coordination of special events or projects. Provide support to departmental staff as needed, including organizing meetings, preparing materials, and handling inquiries.
