Partner Alliance Manager, Service Delivery
Location: Work is what you do, not where you go. For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in North America.
About the Opportunity
As the Partner Alliance Manager, Services Delivery, you will own and manage a portfolio of strategic consulting and work with system integration (SI) partners focused on delivering value-added services and customer success within our existing customer base. This role is critical to driving post-go-live optimization, improving customer outcomes, and supporting net revenue retention through partner-led services.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Services, Delivery Assurance, and Product teams to align partners with upsell/cross-sell motions, customer expansion strategies, and ongoing service delivery excellence. Your mission: to amplify customer value through partner-delivered enhancements and consulting services that drive satisfaction, product adoption, and measurable outcomes.
This is a remote position with up to 30–50% travel.
What You’ll Get to Do
Partner Portfolio Management & Strategy
• Manage a portfolio of Services Delivery consulting partners focused on customer success, optimization, and value-added services across the Dayforce platform.
• Act as the key point of contact and strategic advisor for consulting partners delivering services within our existing customer base.
• Drive partner performance through joint planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and delivery oversight.
• Ensure partner services align with Dayforce standards and elevate our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
• Enable partners with the necessary tools, training, and messaging to position Dayforce offerings effectively during post-sale engagements.
Customer-Centric Sales & Expansion Support
• Align partners to support customer health, mitigate risk, and drive expansion opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
• Identify and shape consulting-led opportunities to drive system optimization, module adoption, and business process improvements.
• Support the sales cycle through partner-sourced solutions, value articulation, and joint pursuits for upsell and cross-sell.
• Facilitate partner engagement for strategic accounts needing specialized or industry-specific services.
Delivery Excellence & Partner Enablement
• Collaborate with the Services and Delivery Assurance teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience through partner engagements.
• Oversee partner onboarding, enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain consistency in service delivery.
• Proactively manage delivery risks and partner conflicts, and lead resolution of escalations where needed.
Performance, Insights & Market Alignment
• Track and report on partner influence, expansion impact, customer satisfaction, and service outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and feedback to inform partner strategy and identify new areas for value creation.
• Collaborate on thought leadership and best practices that elevate the role of partners in driving long-term customer success.
Skills & Experience We Value
• 10–15 years of experience in partner management, consulting services, customer success, or business development — ideally within enterprise software.
• Proven experience working with system integrators, consulting firms, or delivery partners to drive post-sale customer outcomes.
• Deep understanding of the services ecosystem in HCM, WFM, or Payroll software solutions preferred.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and build trusted executive-level relationships with both partners and internal teams.
• Track record of supporting upsell/cross-sell motions and improving net revenue retention through services-led customer value.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a bias for collaboration and execution.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on driving performance, quality, and measurable outcomes.
