What You’ll Do:

• Automate and streamline deployment pipelines: You’ll be building and optimizing continuous deployment pipelines, enabling seamless provisioning of development, testing, and production environments.
• Architect next-gen solutions: Collaborate on architectural decisions that affect the software infrastructure, ensuring scale, security, and usability are at the forefront.
• Own technical product areas: Lead key technical projects, using your experience to drive complex solutions and high-impact improvements.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize systems: Ensure our distributed, high-availability systems run smoothly and reliably around the clock.
• Mentor and inspire: Share your knowledge with teammates, guiding them toward best practices and continuous learning.

Who You Are:

• You have 7+ years of experience in a DevOps role, and you’re well-versed in AWS (experience with Azure is a bonus).
• You live by the philosophy of “Infrastructure as Code”, and you’re comfortable working in a shared-responsibility environment.
• Problem-solving is second nature to you—you excel at diagnosing and resolving complex incidents, and you always look for ways to improve processes.
• You can communicate technical concepts with ease, whether you’re talking to fellow engineers or non-technical stakeholders.
• You believe in mentorship and team collaboration, helping to uplift those around you.
• You take ownership of projects and have a long-term view, always seeking to deliver solid, sustainable solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with cloud-based technologies like AWS/Azure and an eagerness to learn new tools.
• Strong background in managing and monitoring high-performance, 24/7 systems.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and applying a DevOps mindset in your day-to-day work.
