A Day in the Life

We are seeking a highly motivated Credit Services Representative to support and manage credit operations for our Gulf Area distributors. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic regional team handling key accounts across the GCC, ensuring smooth financial operations, customer satisfaction, and strong business relationships. Based in Cairo and reporting to the Credit Services Supervisor, this role supports credit & collection activities for Gulf distributors. You will work closely with finance, sales, and customer service teams and will be involved in account reconciliation, payment allocation, credit investigations, and problem‑solving with customers. The position may require occasional calls or virtual meetings with regional counterparts.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Manage the credit and accounts receivable (AR) process for Gulf region distributors
• Maintain accurate customer account records, including reconciliation and dispute resolution
• Conduct credit assessments and support decision‑making for distributor credit limits
• Collaborate with sales teams to address payment issues and improve collection performance
• Prepare regular reports on outstanding receivables, risk exposure, and cash collection
• Ensure timely payment allocation and follow up on overdue amounts
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with finance policies

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• SAP experience is required (finance modules) and strong proficiency in Excel and financial reporting
• Distributor experience in the Gulf market is mandatory
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• High level of communication and negotiation skills
• Solid knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field

Experience working in multinational environments or with cross‑functional teams will be an advantage. Knowledge of GCC business practices is a plus.
