About the role
Overview: The Solutions Consultant Advisor is a pivotal role on our team, responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their digital marketing needs and recommending tailored solutions that drive success. This role blends expertise in digital marketing strategies with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to foster trust and partnership with clients. You will complete holistic mulit-channel digital marketing audits of law firms and assist sales and client management with articulating the value of our offerings. Finally, you will play a key role in creating enablement content and assessing ongoing educational needs across our sales and client management teams. - Engage with potential customers to identify their digital marketing challenges and goals, conducting thorough needs assessments.
- Develop and present customized digital marketing proposals and presentations that align with client objectives and budget.
- Collaborate with the sales team to recommend strategic solutions and contribute to the closing of new business deals.
- Provide ongoing consultation and articulate value to customers, ensuring satisfaction and optimal performance of our digital marketing solutions post-sale.
- Engage with FindLaw customers to identify their digital marketing challenges and goals by conducting thorough needs assessments and data analysis.
- Develop and present customized digital marketing strategies to customers that provide a strong foundation and align our products with the customers’ goals.
- May be responsible for active management and execution of ongoing marketing work for our customers, which includes collaborating with internal teams on fulfilling SEO, content and social work to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor and report on performance of marketing campaigns/client portfolios, which may include websites, local profiles, social media and FindLaw directory listings by reviewing KPIs and other determined metrics.
- Provide ongoing consultations to ensure clients understand the value of their digital marketing solutions by aligning goals, reviewing actions taken and setting a clear, strategic roadmap for future work.
- Collaborate with the sales and client management team to recommend strategic solutions that contribute to client retention.
- Work closely with internal partners in product, marketing, strategy and technology to relay client strategy plans, feedback and insights to aid in the continuous improvement of our products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in the digital marketing space.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, as well as industry-specific challenges and opportunities, to provide relevant advice.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in a consulting or customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media and content marketing.
- High level of proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools and platforms (i.e. Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Ability to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights.
- Work collaboratively across departments and with customers at all levels.
- Solution-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
- Independent time and resource management by balancing competing priorities, projects, and customer needs.
- Experience in the legal industry is preferred, but not required.
