You will become part of a large team of experienced and highly competent project managers where you will be able to learn and grow into the project manager role.</p><p></p><p><b>Your role</b></p><p>We are searching for talented Project Managers <span>or Associates</span> to guide our teams in executing complex technical projects. You will be the driving force behind project success, collaborating with experts, system engineers, line management, and clients to achieve exceptional results.</p><p></p><p><b>As our new Project Manager <span>Associate</span>, you will:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Lead with Vision:</b> Orchestrate project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements, solution descriptions, and project directives.</p></li><li><p><b>Foster Collaboration:</b> Build and motivate high-performing project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.</p></li><li><p><b>Champion Holistic Thinking:</b> While focusing on specific knowledge areas, maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project's interconnected elements, ensuring a balanced and integrated approach.</p></li><li><p><b>Drive Continuous Improvement:</b> Identify opportunities to optimize our processes and propose adjustments to project agreements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</p></li><li><p><b>Be a Client Advocate:</b> Together with the technical responsible serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project journey.</p></li><li><p><b><span>Depending on the project you will support </span></b><span>a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager or directly to the PMO office.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your profile</b></p><p>We look for candidates with project management experience from projects in highly technical environments. Furthermore, we expect you to hold a degree within engineering, business administration, project management or a shorter education and specific project management experience.</p><p></p><p>The projects are complex, and the learning curve will be steep. You need to be a team player with a proactive mindset, who learns quickly and thrives in managing many different stakeholders such as clients, suppliers and specialists. <span>                 </span></p><p></p><p>We are in a global environment and therefore look for candi­dates with various backgrounds and experiences.
