This includes an agile team of creative thinkers that formulate data driven solutions for business problems. Your daily focus concerns consulting on analytical projects, business development and pioneering product innovation. As an Analytics Consultant you will explore a wide range of experience in different focus on areas such as advanced analytics and data engineering, modelling, model performance monitoring and regulatory analytics (AIRB, IFRS9). We look for an innovative mindset willing to continuously learn and develop while you will have a great exposure to an international community of leading analytical minds. You will closely collaborate with other functions such as our Data Management, Product Management, Sales and Operations teams.</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>You engage in a consultative and professional way with the client, to identify problems and define, design and deliver solutions. Displays a confident and professional manner at all times and demonstrates leadership in the development of the client solutions.</li><li>You gather data and information in a structured and consistent manner to meet project objectives.</li><li>You support, provide guidance, and lead the Analysts to develop analytical solutions using best practice analytical techniques. You ensure all analysis is thorough and Analysts follow established quality procedures to help guarantee the robustness of the solution.</li><li>You interpret and supervise the interpretation of analysis results. Ensure that all critical business issues are identified through data analysis.</li><li>You present proposals to clients for solutions, including recommendations and provide consultancy on potential ‘bigger picture’ strategies. Ensure clients understand the functionality and benefits of our products in solving business problems.</li><li>You are hardworking, reliable and trustworthy in the eyes of colleagues and clients. </li><li>Working with the Business Development Manager(s) to convert sales opportunities into realized revenue which meets our KPI’s.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Degree or equivalent standard, with a high numeric content e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics.</li><li>Experience of statistical/analytical project work and/or work in the financial services or other relevant sectors.</li><li>Credit risk scoring knowledge or regulatory experience (AIRB or IFRS9).</li><li>Coding abilities in Python, SQL or SAS and PC literate with thorough knowledge of statistical and Microsoft Office packages.</li><li>Project management experience.</li><li>Excellent presentation and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving sk
