Junior Data Analyst (Marketing)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Technology Analyst. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SQL, excellent communication skills, and experience in dealing with integrations and third-party services. This role will be based in Warsaw.

Responsibilities:

• Data Integrations: Take ownership of integrating our systems with various third-party services, including Google, Facebook, Firebase, and AppsFlyer. This involves understanding the documentation provided by these services, communicating with third parties, and implementing seamless data integrations.
• Data Quality Checks: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data by performing regular quality checks. Identify and resolve any data inconsistencies or anomalies. Implement and maintain data quality standards and best practices.
• Supporting our Marketing Team: Work closely with our Marketing team to gather requirements, understand business needs, and provide data-driven insights. Effectively communicate integration progress, challenges, and findings to the team, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in SQL: Demonstrated expertise in writing complex SQL queries and manipulating large datasets. 
• Integration Experience: Proven experience in writing integrations and connecting systems through APIs. Familiarity with integrating third-party services such as Google, Facebook, Firebase, and AppsFlyer is desirable.
• Scripting Skills: Knowledge of Python programming is preferred, as it will be used for writing scripts, automating tasks, and enhancing integration processes.
• Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Attention to detail and a passion for ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving and Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex integration challenges. Adaptability to learn new technologies, tools, and APIs as required.
