Builds long-term client relationships to become a trusted advisor. Ensures effective and efficient client training and onboarding of new clients. Maintains a deep understanding of Confluence solutions and products and educates clients about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs. Serves as the voice of the client (issues, feedback, escalation). Provides internal feedback on product enhancements and how to better serve customers.<br/><br/> <br/>As a Senior Client Success Consultant, you will lead high-impact client relationships and strategic initiatives. You’ll own KPIs, identify business growth opportunities, and partner with internal teams to optimize performance and client satisfaction.<br/><br/> <br/><h3>What skills and experience do I need to succeed?</h3> <br/>We are looking for a highly motivated and independent professional with a strong actuarial background to join our team in Paris. <br/><br/>This role requires someone who thrives in client-facing situations, can manage relationships with confidence, and enjoys solving complex problems.<br/> Communication is key, as you’ll be expected to present insights clearly and collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams.<br/><br/> <br/>The ideal candidate is comfortable working autonomously, and can handle multiple client accounts with professionalism and care.  <br/>We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for growth, and a chance to make a real impact through your expertise.
