About the Role
Logan Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to serve as the Outpatient Services Manager for a dynamic group of specialty care clinics. This position oversees daily operations, staff coordination, and patient access across four key service lines:
Hematology & Oncology
Radiation Oncology
Palliative Medicine
Genetics
As a key leader in our outpatient services team, you’ll work closely with providers, clinical teams, and support staff to ensure exceptional patient care, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned outpatient service lines
Ensure smooth and efficient patient flow, high-quality care delivery, and excellent service
Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic planning and program development
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and revenue cycle activities
Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards
Provide leadership and coaching to clinic staff; foster engagement and accountability
Monitor and improve patient access, satisfaction, and outcomes
Serve as a liaison between departments and senior leadership
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field
Or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Minimum of three (3) years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and reimbursement
Knowledge of regulatory standards (HIPAA, CMS, etc.)
Ability to lead through influence, collaboration, and emotional intelligence
Strong communication, data analysis, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
