What you'll work on:
- Responsible for ensuring all inventory is maintained accurately, and provided to required areas in a timely manner.
- Perform Material Movements both physically and systematically
- Generate Work Orders from an ERP system. Perform Work Order Receipts in ERP system
- Perform cycle counting as required
- Maintain a neat and safe work environment
- Assist in the coordination and flow of product through manufacturing and assembly when needed
- Work in a cross functional team environment
- Some areas will require the handling of chemicals with proper training provided
- Make critical decisions and judgments with minimal supervision.
- Provide technical leadership and training to warehouse team members
- Clearly communicate ideas, problems and solutions to both manufacturing management and engineering
- Provide oversight and quality assurance for activities within a specified scope within the warehouse (e.g. shipping, receiving, cycle counts.) In doing so, directs other employees performing tasks while assigned to that function.
- Direct general activities according to business priority per direction of the warehouse manager, supervisor or other management personnel.
- Exhibits professionalism to internal and external customers at all times.
- Work with internal customers to resolve problems relating to work performed within the warehouse.
- Mentor and trains new warehouse employees.
- Train existing warehouse employees when needed.
- Must work over time as required for business needs
- Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
- Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree (± 13 years) or High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum 5 years experiences
