About the Role 

iCapital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing/Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing our email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions for iCapital’s Structured Investment products. This role will work closely with various teams, including Channel Marketing, Business Solutions/CRM, Sales, Content, and Design, to develop and implement effective email strategies. This individual should have a passion for digital marketing, a track record of successful email campaigns, and a desire to contribute to a dynamic team. 

 Responsibilities 

  • Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns that align with our marketing objectives and target audience. 
  • Create engaging email content, including compelling subject lines, body copy, and calls to action, to drive customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Utilize HubSpot, our marketing automation tool to build and deploy email campaigns, ensuring accuracy and proper segmentation.
  • Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other relevant email metrics to assess campaign performance and optimize future campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve email performance, including testing different subject lines, content variations, and email layouts.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates and graphics that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices, industry regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR), and data privacy policies.
  • Implement dynamic email campaigns, leveraging customer segmentation, and personalization techniques to enhance engagement and increase conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to integrate email campaigns with customer data, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate targeting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging email marketing technologies, tools, and strategies, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization. 

 Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business, or a related field 
  • Proven work experience as an email marketing campaign specialist or similar role, preferably in Wealth Management, Fintech, or Financial Services industry 
  • Proficient in email marketing software and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) 
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation, deliverability, and compliance
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experience in optimizing email campaigns based on data-driven insights
  • Familiar with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting compelling copy
  • Analytical mindset and able to interpret data and draw actionable insights to enhance campaign performance
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and work cross-functionally with different teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products 

 Benefits 

The pay range for this role is $35/hour to $50/hour.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
