Job Purpose and Impact
The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate the deployment of leading maintenance practices in alignment with production needs. In this role, you will supervise a team which executes a variety of medium complex activities to maintain capacity utilization and quality standards for reliable operations at our Springdale, AR facility. This position will focus heavily on maintaining electrical automation and instrumentation control systems and components.
This position is located in Springdale, AR.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage equipment strategies for assets involved with containing, controlling, or safeguarding complex production processes
- Implement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards
- Collaborate with external contractor partners to support the integration and maintenance of equipment within the facility
- Partner with regional and global leadership to support area-leading practices and procedures
- Develop operational related budgets to track the facility's maintenance progress against estimates
- Responsible for personnel decisions relating to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions for your direct reports
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of directly related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience troubleshooting electrical automation and instrumentation control systems and components
- Experience working in a food manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of related tools, processes controls and area technology systems
- Experience coordinating third party resources to deliver business results
- One year of supervisory experience
