Your role:

  • Respond to document and information requests for all internal and external audits
  • Preform monthly RIC audits of 5 key internal controls related to order management processes
  • Prep team for onsite audits (internal and external), including following up to ensure training is completed
  • Conduct regular compliance audits by reviewing phone and email interactions to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence across all teams. Provide feedback and identify coaching opportunities for training
  • Ensure all quality-controlled training documents are reviewed on a regular basis and kept up to date
  • Use existing data from multiple sources to analyze and identify common trends amongst team members and host training sessions for an order management department focusing on processes, technology, and soft skills
  • Work across multiple teams and collaborate to drive compliance and improve processes.
  • assist with review and release of credit, debits, rebills, and DMCs as-needed

Your expertise:

  • Knowledge of SAP 
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and GHX/EDI
  • Successful demonstration of key responsibility and knowledge referenced above
  • Ability to train others in person and remotely
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma preferred
  • Project management skills preferred
  • Qlik experience preferred

The requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of related education and experience.
  • 2+ years of previous training experience
  • Previous experience managing a quality program/audits
  • Strong computer skills, knowledge in Windows applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Able to work in a team environment, be flexible, reliable and supportive
  • Minimal travel required 
  • This is a hybrid position working in office T-TH

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $64,500 - Max $96,700

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
