PetMedic Urgent Care in Portsmouth, NH is looking to add a part-time compassionate and skilled Client Service/Veterinary Assistant to our pawsome team. At PetMedic, you can help shape the exciting new world of veterinary urgent care. Our fast-paced environment means you’ll do something different every day, but with more regularity and stability than an emergency setting. As part of our team, you’ll work with the latest technology, stay ahead using educational training, and partner with an experienced team to deliver the highest quality of care to the pet patients in our local community. Position: Client Service Representative/Veterinary Assistant(80% Client Service, 20% Veterinary Assistant duties) CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide exceptional client service and communication
- Process client check-ins and maintain accurate records
- Handle phone calls and messages professionally
- Process payments and prepare invoices
- Maintain exam room cleanliness and inventory
- Assist veterinary team with patient restraint
- Support diagnostic procedures (radiographs and bloodwork)
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Up to $23 per hour (based on experience)

- Minimum 1 year of experience - General Practice, Urgent care or ER experience preferred
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Proficiency with veterinary software
- Basic animal handling experience
- Available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:30am-8pm
- Flexibility for occasional additional shifts as needed
