Data Management Intern, Business Development

Description

In this role, you'll research bid projects, contact stakeholders to identify digital signage opportunities, and provide necessary information for project specifications. You'll also organize and tag images/videos in SharePoint to create a searchable archive for Sales. Key skills include being detail-oriented, resourceful, organized, and having strong communication and written abilities, along with technical knowledge or a willingness to learn Watchfire products.

Job Description
Research planning-stage bid projects. Call architects, general contractors, and end users to discover whether their posted projects include digital signage, interior displays, or scoreboards. If they do, try to provide the information required to get the project specified for Watchfire. Submit substitution requests for projects that allow alternates.

SharePoint document library organization and image/video tagging.  Reworking the document library into a searchable archive for Sales to find examples of product visualization for nearly 10,000 renderings over the last seven years, helping make Sales communication to customers faster and easier.
