Job Title: Communications Representative (USA)

Location: Houston, TX with flexibility to travel to all US locations (North, Hickman, South). Frequent travel required.

 

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Representative/Senior Communications Representative to support the execution of industrial communications across our U.S. facilities. This role will be pivotal in promoting internal communications initiatives related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), quality, and efficiency, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic communication goals. The successful candidate will create engaging and impactful content for both digital and printed media, contributing to the enhancement of our company culture and fostering stronger connections with employees across diverse locations.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute internal communications campaigns aligned with company goals in HSE, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and produce creative, engaging content across various channels, including social media, online platforms, and print media.
• Serve as the lead copywriter and content creator for communication materials, ensuring alignment with Tenaris’ brand guidelines.
• Disseminate content across digital internal communication channels such as TenarisToday (Sharepoint), WhatsApp (Internal messaging), Digital Signage, and Facebook.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support ongoing projects and communication initiatives across all locations.
• Produce visual content, including photography and videography, and contribute to graphic design efforts to enhance communication materials.
• Develop creative concepts and innovative communication solutions to support business objectives and engage employees.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Prior internship experience in a communications or related role, preferably within a multinational company with a mix of corporate offices and industrial sites.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with an ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Creative thinker with a passion for finding innovative solutions to communication challenges.
• Basic skills in photography, videography, and graphic design, with a hands-on approach to content creation.
• A strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a proactive, energetic attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with dynamic teams and engage employees at all levels.
• Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to new environments.

Qualifications:

• Educational background in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
