Within that network, it will be your job to formulate the problem, apply state-of-the-art artificial intelligence, use P&amp;G’s big data platforms, and present the results from your algorithms and learn new things to create solutions to real opportunities.</p><p></p><p>With us you will</p><ul><li><p>Mine terabytes of data, develop models and algorithms to derive actionable insights, and then translate those insights into business</p></li><li><p>Partner with business leaders to fully understand the problem, and data engineers to automate &amp; deploy your models into applications providing prescriptions to Sales and Marketing executives - that allow P&amp;G to serve consumers worldwide in a better way</p></li><li><p>Have a deep understanding of Statistics and Machine Learning, Optimisation, and other advanced analytical models – and how to apply them to real-world problems</p></li><li><p>Analyze and model on big datasets – translating 1.5TB daily consumer touchpoints and 500 million consumers' behaviors to actionable recommendations</p></li><li><p>Answer business questions and propose solutions for business problems by applying machine learning techniques and algorithms and automatizing analysis of consumer information or other deep learning data</p></li><li><p>Discover and invent next-generation analytic capabilities for our category analysts and business partners</p></li><li><p>Own your new creative algorithm-driven applications from design-thinking up to user adoption</p></li><li><p>Team up with technology partners to translate your innovations into robust, scaled, analytic solutions</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Job Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>2-7 years of commercial experience as a Data Scientist</p></li><li><p>Master's degree in a quantitative degree (Operation Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, Life-science, Physics etc)</p></li><li><p>Solid code writing capabilities - Python and Spark preferable</p></li><li><p>Strong technical &amp; analytical skills (R, SAS, SQL, optimization, simulation, predictive modeling etc.)</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of Business Intelligence Tools such as PowerBI, Spotfire, Tableau</p></li><li><p>Proven success in leadership, problem-solving and prioritizing</p></li><li><p>Strong collaboration skills and working comfortably across teams</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English (written and oral)</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Nice to have</p><ul><li><p>Experience with Big Data Ecosystem: Spark, MapReduce, SQL, Hive</p></li><li><p>Knowledge with Cloud Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform</p></li><li><p>Experience with Agile DevOps, Github, Jira, Confluence</p></li></ul><p></p><p>What we offer</p><ul><li><p>Work in an international team with global responsibilities (and Data Science &amp; Engineering teams co-located in Warsaw.)</p></li><li><p>Industry Certifications (e.g. DevOps, Professional Scrum Master, Azure Fundamental, SAFe Agilist and many others)</p></li><li><p>Competitive salary and benefits program (private health care, life insurance, P&amp;G stock options, saving plans, lunch subsidy, sport cards, in-office fitness center)</p></li><li><p>Internal coaching programs &amp; training</p></li><li><p>Flexible working arrangements</p></li><li><p>A long-term career with development and growth opportunities</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Kindly be advised that at P&amp;G, employment is exclusively extended on the basis of "Umowa o Pracę" (Full-time Employment Contract).
