Beyond Greece, where the company is a market leader, SoftOne is expanding aggressively through organic growth and acquisitions in the SEE market, with staffed offices in Bucharest (RO), Sofia (BG) and Limassol (CY).</p><p>Softone is looking for a Senior R&amp;D Project Manager to join our team.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Perform project management for multiple projects, including, planning, the definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, status reports, follow up</li> <li>Develop a detailed project plan and track activities against plan providing regular, accurate, and timely reports</li> <li>Assisting in the definition of project specifications, involving all relevant stakeholders/teams and ensuring technical feasibility and resource availability</li> <li>Ensuring the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects</li> <li>Maintaining comprehensive project documentation</li> <li>Managing stakeholders’ relationships and expectations</li> <li>Following the evolution of new technologies and identification of new concepts</li> <li>Reporting and escalating to management as needed</li> <li>Ensure delivery of projects on time, within the scope, and within budget, manage successfully any changes that may arise and minimize the potential risks of the projects</li> <li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation</li> <li>Identify and address any issues or risks, and take appropriate actions to keep projects on track</li> <li>Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle</li> <li>Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely project updates to stakeholders </li> </ul><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience 7+ in areas such as software development and integration, development life-cycle methodologies, software architectures, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Mobility, Security, Manufacturing, etc. </li> <li>Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology or other relevant disciplines</li> <li>Strong technical background and ability to understand complex technical concepts</li> <li>Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques</li> <li>Problem-solving mindset and adaptability</li> <li>Good communication skills and Teamworking spirit</li> <li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills</li> </ul><p>Your Benefits</p><p>We are growing our team with the vision of having top performers who contribute to the growth of the company.
