Position Overview:
As a Golf Pro Shop/Retail Attendant, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional service to resort guests and golf patrons. From assisting with merchandise and tee times to creating a welcoming atmosphere in the Pro Shop, you’ll help ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.

What You’ll Do:
• Welcome guests with friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with merchandise selection and purchases
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Answer phone calls and schedule tee times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked retail area
• Share information about the golf course, resort amenities, and services
• Monitor inventory and restock merchandise as needed
• Support daily Pro Shop operations while upholding company standards

What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
• Knowledge of golf equipment and etiquette is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Flexible schedule availability
