Summary of the Position:
Second year MBA students are invited to apply for a Senior Associate position in our Leadership Development Program (LDP). The LDP is a rotational program designed to facilitate multi-disciplinary training and cultivate well-rounded real estate professionals. Senior Associates gain this experience through exposure to Tishman Speyer’s core functional areas. Rotations can last anywhere from 12 months to 24 months and beyond.
The program is based in New York with potential opportunities to spend time in a number of our U.S. regional and international offices.

We anticipate that after 1-3 assignments, Senior Associates will continue to build expertise within a specific function or geography. Full-time assignments could include locations across the U.S., Europe, South America, and Asia.
The qualities we are looking for in our Associates include:
• Evident passion for real estate and desire to build a career on the principal side
• Unquestioned integrity
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Curiosity and practical application of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance analysis, strategy, and efficiency
• Strong problem-solving skills that combine creativity with rigorous analytical ability
• The ability to work effectively with both peers and senior executives in a highly entrepreneurial, team- oriented environment
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Strong commitment and energy
• Passion for innovation
• Interest and flexibility to work in different functions and geographic regions (foreign languages are a plus)
• Class of 2026 MBA graduates only
The base compensation for this role is $160,000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees. We will begin reviewing resumes in the last week of September and will get back to all candidates by mid-October. The first round of interviews will take place virtually in October.
