You will perform hands-on technical work on engineering products.  You will confer with Engineers and lab technicians on details and specifications to build and modify a wide range of products.</p><p></p><p><b><u>What You Will Do</u></b></p><ul><li>Works under minimal supervision to provide technical build support to engineers and technicians on a variety of tasks. </li><li>Performs moderately complex hands-on technical tasks that contribute to the completion of engineering projects and products. </li><li>Works on circuit boards completing repairs, component insertion and replacement, and even inspection. </li><li>Familiar with soldering techniques, both lead and lead-free. </li><li>Builds cables and terminations for a wide variety of circuity types. </li><li>Understands the engineering inspection and quality process and follows quality procedures. </li><li>Reads prints, drawings, and schematics as needed to assist in the build process. </li><li>Uses hand tools, scopes, soldering stations, and other devices with skill and <span>precision.  </span></li><li>Demonstrates successful soft skills - communication, attitude, leadership, and <span>professionalism. </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Qualifications You Must Have </u></b></p><ul><li>Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
