The clients you will be supporting are based across the U.S. and are made up of Tier 1 to 3 clients who expect a high level of service. Responsibilities:
Strategically oversee live transactions to ensure optimal application operability and drive user success across the organization.
Deliver exceptional client service by leading initiatives in deal management, navigating service interruptions, resolving production issues, and providing comprehensive user training on advanced application functionalities.
Facilitate high-level client meetings to conduct training sessions, deliver product demonstrations, and provide transactional support, fostering strong client relationships and enhancing user engagement.
Generate and present scheduled and ad-hoc reporting deliverables with a focus on strategic insights and actionable recommendations, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
Collaborate closely with in-house Professional Services during client onboarding events, ensuring robust training, seamless user access, and thorough testing of production environments to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Compile and analyze daily operational reports to communicate critical business health indicators (e.g., transaction volumes, risk exposure) to senior management, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Compensation/Benefits Information:
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $56,392 to $88,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
