We are hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide evaluations and treatments to patients in their homes and community settings in Ocean County.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat clients' physical therapy needs; collaborate with physicians on care plans
• Document changes in conditions; update care plans as needed
• Ensure quality, follow safety protocols, and meet attendance standards

Qualifications

• • NJ Physical Therapy License
  • 2-3 years of clinical/community experience preferred
  • Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid NJ driver’s license

Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors/outdoors, driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, fine motor hand movement, use of phone and tablet for documentation
