• Manage cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure ontime delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions.
• Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and postimplementation phases of the projects assigned.
• Perform risk management and change management on projects.
• Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and
  tasks assigned.
• Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
• Interface with Engineering Team and external business owners for project
  requirements and scope.
• Drive product decisions to align with high company initiatives.
• Plan technical software and system hardware product requirements with internal teams and develop
  execution plan.
• Oversee technical solutions and software development lifecycle end-to-end, project plans and development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
• Write
  code and develop software tools, applications, and/or systems to support the company’s large-scale infrastructure, systems and operations.
• Apply expertise in information technology and
  software engineering during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases of technical projects.
• Gather business requirements from key
  stakeholders and convert them to technical requirements, managing prioritization with the engineering teams.
• Work closely with Meta’s product and engineering teams to define team
  needs, metrics, and key performance indicators.
• Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of the team with an emphasis on communication to project sponsors,
  stakeholders and project teams.
• Complete root cause analysis of different workflows in order to quantify problems, goals, and identify priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking, Computer Engineering or related field and two years of work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include two years of experience in the following:
• 1. Delivering Tech programs or products from inception to delivery
• 2. Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope
• 3. Operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership
• 4. Communication experience and working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
• 5. Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
• 6. Establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
