About the role
Our mission We are building the operating system for the €20B German tax advisory industry. At Limetax, we acquire established tax advisories and transform them into high-performing, technology-enabled businesses. Instead of building software in isolation, we work directly on real companies, real workflows, and real data. Our goal is simple: reduce manual work in tax advisory and redefine how tax operations are run — through applied AI. Your mission As a Product Engineering Intern , you will work on systems that improve and automate real operational workflows inside modern tax firms. You won’t be working on theoretical side projects or internal mockups. From day one, you will contribute to systems and workflows that are actively used in production across accounting, payroll, reporting, and client operations. At the same time, this internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to how scalable operational systems are built in practice. You will work closely with founders, operators, engineers, and tax professionals while gradually taking ownership of projects with close support from the team. Your work will directly impact how tax professionals operate on a daily basis.
