Engineering Solutions Chief of Staff

Key Role:

Serve as a Chief of Staff for Engineering Solutions Division, executing the priorities of the Lead and driving the integration and execution of the business strategy. Support the Lead in planning and executing a wide range of business initiatives in support of the division’s strategy. Manage and execute the Lead’s communication and engagement strategy, including speech writing and talking points and deck creation, and manage editorial and engagement calendars and agendas. Collaborate among Account Market Leaders and Account Chiefs of Staff on the execution of business priorities. Coordinate Engineering Solutions Division Leadership Team Agendas. Analyze and prepare business content on behalf of the Lead to support the Leadership Team and Board Meetings. Serve as a liaison between staff and leadership within the Engineering Solutions Division, represent the needs of staff on key priorities, and analyze and provide data to support key strategic decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in professional services

• 5+ of experience in professional services managing complex programs

• Experience with developing and executing business strategies and supporting initiatives

• Experience with developing and executing strategic communications plans, including speech writing and strategic Microsoft PowerPoint deck creation

• Ability to gather and analyze data and develop strategic business content

• Ability to thrive as a self-starter, work as an individual contributor, and deliver outcomes based on high-level guidance and expectations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with agility and adaptability while leading positively through ambiguity and change

• Ability to handle multiple, competing time and project demands and deliver expected results on schedule

• Ability to develop and sustain relationships with senior leaders and staff, making every person feel valued

• Ability to build and lead a matrixed team and work through others to accomplish goals and deliver outcomes

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with managing enterprise business risks and implementing organizations processes for risk mitigation

• Ability to learn new tools, platforms, and processes quickly
