In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas:

  • You’ll be responsible to make technology investments decision by assessing opportunities for reusing Enterprise solutions or for and building new ones with extensibility & enterprise scalability in mind

  • You’ll influence a broad set of senior executives across the enterprise and your organization who are stakeholders or delivery partner to successfully deliver on your portfolio/product vision

  • You’ll establish a long-term product portfolio strategy, informed by customer and business needs, to gain alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments

  • You’ll attract, grow, empower, and inspire top product talent as they develop and deliver on their local product strategy
      

As part of the HR Talent and Performance Management Product team, you will:

• Lead development of a proprietary talent and performance management platform for the Capital One enterprise. You’ll develop customer-backed and data-driven insights to zero in on the most pressing customer problems  to shape an inspiring multi-year vision and roadmap.

• Shape our strategy for our talent and management experience, ensuring a best-in-class experience for our business partners, people leaders, associates, and HRBPs.

• Lead teams of world-class product managers who will continually raise the bar on what good looks like across product strategy and roadmap development, design, documentation, testing, and monitoring. 

• Partner with a broad range of stakeholders across business, technology, design, and the enterprise to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers while maintaining a holistic view of tradeoffs and risks. 

• Collaborate with peers leading data and platform initiatives across the enterprise to ensure continual knowledge sharing and feedback loops to drive innovation and minimize arbitrary uniqueness.
