Job Description:

 

·       Skilled Etch Equipment Maintenance Technician with Min. 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

·       Broad knowledge of electronic, robotic and pneumatic systems related to semiconductor manufacturing. Ability to troubleshoot to component level when necessary.

·       Experience on some of the following Tools would be an advantage; Centura DPS / MXP / Super E, LAM 4528XL / 9400, ULVAC Enviro

·       Perform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance proficiently with “root-cause” solutions for all repairs.

·       Experienced in the use of schematics, hand tools, DVM, oscilloscope and other common diagnostic test equipment.

·       Implement solutions for continuous improvement of machine availability, cycle time, MTBF, scrap reduction, cost of ownership, and equipment long downs.

·       Develop model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downs.

·       Perform data analysis of tool performance on assigned tool and drive improvement activities based on data.

·       Use Statistical Process Control (SPC) to trouble shoot issues or determine the health of tools in the area.

·       Ensure timeliness of projects are met using time management/project management skills.

·       Ensure excellent attention to detail and follow up pertaining to projects, maintenance and equipment to maximize operational production and efficiency.

·       Good communication skills required.
