JF&CS is now seeking a full-time Director, Clinical Strategic Initiatives .
PURPOSE:
The Director, Clinical Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for ensuring grants, programs, and key initiatives pertaining to child, teen, and young-adult mental health achieve their stated and inferred goals - in order to maximize the value the agency provides to clients and stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of key grants, programs, and strategic initiatives in the clinical department with an emphasis on child, teen, and young adult mental health. Ensure grants, programs, and initiatives achieve their desired goals by working with relevant team members – providing leadership, guidance, and execution support.
- Work with team members to track and achieve key performance indicators (KPI’s) for each initiative with an emphasis on service excellence.
- Build collaborative partnerships within the Jewish community in order to enhance mental health awareness and synthesize ecosystem support.
- Work alongside agency leadership to serve as liaison to clinical donors and agencies to brainstorm new clinical needs and gaps that JF&CS can help fulfill.
- Work with Grants team and relevant team members to ensure JF&CS complies with grants reporting requirements – including budgets, KPI’s, outcomes, and more.
- Serves as clinical point person for new grants and funding opportunities as well as clinical grants strategy
- Create new processes and cadences as needed to ensure key initiatives are managed effectively.
- Manage and develop staff, foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with clinical leadership to ensure that all strategic initiatives are integrated seamlessly into the broader clinical department, enabling a virtuous cycle of success
- Interface with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Grants, Impact, and the Executive team.
Requirements

- Previous experience successfully managing, administering, and scaling non-profit grant-based programs.
- Previous experience working with Jewish institutions in the community health space.
- Fearless, big-picture thinker who tenaciously works to solve community problems.
- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate; keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motive a team.
- Demonstrated ability to be a community outreach ambassador.
