Travel Away up to 75% of time
The Flex Services Field Service Representative will provide technical guidance and advice in the evaluation of unusual engine related issues from all levels of operations and maintenance on Defense Aerospace product lines. This role will be based at Fort Worth, Texas, but the Flex Field Service Representative will be deploying to customer locations most of the time - Travel up to 75% of the time.
This is not a work from home or remote work position.

Key Accountabilities:
- Deploying to customer locations in support of their operations, travelling up to 75% of their time, which will include international locations, could include hostile areas and/or shipboard deployments for extended periods of time.
- Backfill other FSRs in the event of absences, temporary duty away from home station, etc
- Manage and maintain close liaison with all relevant sections of customer organization, and Rolls-Royce Customer Support, Engineering, and Program Management.
- Establish and maintain working relationship with all Field Service Representatives, and Deployed Operations Managers (DOM’s) on all supported Defense programs. Similarly, establish and maintain working relationships with Customer Training Manager and Instructors.
- Provide technical assistance in the form of written, phone calls, electronically or customer visits relating to aircraft engine operations, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and logistic support.
- Utilize and support Rolls-Royce and customers databases and diagnostic software programs on generated technical queries.
Basic Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 Years of experience Maintaining, Operating, Testing or Equivalent Aircraft Gas Turbine Engine experience
- Familiarity with the applicable regulations of relevant airworthiness authorities
- In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship
Preferred Requirements:
- A Current FAA Mechanic Certificate with a Powerplant rating or international equivalent
- Prior military experience
