Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $38.20/hour

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems to keep our plant running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair electric motors, control panels, and high-voltage systems
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and minimize downtime
- Work with PLC systems, drives, and automation equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and support machine changeovers
- Run conduit, pull wire, and install new equipment
- Maintain documentation and complete work orders in SAP
- Support plant operations including boiler room and equipment calibration
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems (100–2300V)
- Experience with PLC programming, HMI’s, drives, and controls
- Understanding of electrical safety (Lockout/Tagout, NFPA70E)
- Ability to read schematics, troubleshoot, and work independently
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Qualifications
- Completion of an apprenticeship, technical program, or degree in electrical field
- 4+ years of industrial/manufacturing electrical experience
Work Environment
- Fast-paced manufacturing setting (indoor/outdoor)
- Exposure to heat, cold, noise, and industrial conditions (PPE provided)
- Use of lifts, tools, and heavy equipment
