How you will have an impact
- Train Clinical Support Specialists.
- Maintain documentation of Clinical processes and workflows for Luna's internal and overseas teams.
- Support Luna Documentation Technology issue resolutions and QA needs.
- Provide a summary of daily Charting team needs and challenges to maintain SOPs & SLAs.
- Conduct monthly meetings by summarizing key findings of the Charting review process, gathering information from Level I & II Specialists, investigating issues, and providing proposals for correction.
- Execute QA for different teams during new process implementation, updating SOP documentation as needed.
- Provide monthly metrics as defined.

What you can offer Luna
- Clinical training or administrative supervising experience preferred.
- PT, PTA, or OT with a minimum of 1 year of clinical documentation review/auditing experience required.
- Reporting experience, training documentation experience, SOP documentation, policy writing, and quality assurance experience preferred. Education:
- Requires a two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by equipment vendors, or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
