The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT program management, strong leadership skills, and experience in strategic planning and resource management. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, training and managing team members, and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a Federal Government environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage IT/Telecommunications programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.</li> <li>Develop and execute strategic plans while efficiently managing resources across programs.</li> <li>Collaborate with Federal and Contractor personnel, ensuring clear and effective communication.</li> <li>Oversee program performance, ensuring deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.</li> <li>Train, mentor, and manage team members to support their professional development and ensure project success.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with Federal Government regulations and standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p style="text-align: left; padding-left: 40px;"><br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience or 14 years of experience with no Degree&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;One of the following certifications is required: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management
