About the role: Financial Analyst Specialist

Our Finance team uses their eye for detail and expertise to take us to the next level. As we move at pace, they keep us on track for reaching our shared goals.

What you will be doing as a Financial Analyst Specialist:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
• Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.
• Collaborate with organizational unit/department managers to discuss and establish timelines and methodologies for completing budgets.
• Research and compile data to forecast and prepare annual and monthly budget projections for a division or similar group of organizations.
• Track revenue and expenses on a monthly basis, comparing actual to forecasted figures and making necessary adjustments.
• Perform economic research and studies in areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and impact of governmental requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports for management summarizing results of research, analyses, and evaluation of any discrepancies.

What you will need:

• 7+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst
• Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
• Strong analytical and statistical examination skills
• Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish work to ensure critical deadlines are met
• Previous experience working directly with Sr. Leadership or Executive leaders
• Bachelor’s degree is required, Finance or Accounting preferred
