Lead Analyst, Digital Analytics (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch)

Job Description

• Identify client objectives and develop measurement plans and solution design requirements that meet the business requirements 

• Digital analytics implementation including website and app tagging, event schema design and implementation and migration from Universal Analytics to GA4 

• Data testing and debugging using plugins, extensions and web developer tools 

• Create out of the box reports as well as custom dashboards leveraging digital and product analytics data from platforms like GA4, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel etc. 

• Deploy marketing pixels for third party vendors such as Google Ads, Facebook etc. 

• Manage consent cookies and marketing URLs 

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of hands - on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or/and Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch 

• Experience executing a tagging and analytics project from start (design) to finish (reporting) 

• Experience implementing and managing data layers desirable 

• Experience with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel and Amplitude preferred 

• Knowledge of Claravine and OneTrust Consent Management desirable 

• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL  

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and solution-orientation (gets it done!) 

• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-changing environment 

• Experience collaborating with remote team members and client 

• The starting pay range for this role is $100,000 - $145,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
