• Cha-ching: Our hourly wages are competitive, and tips are available for certain positions.  The hourly wage for this role will be between $24.00 - $27.00.

• Previous Experience in leadership or supervisory role  

What you will do in the role:  

• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring they achieve performance targets while fostering a supportive and engaging work environment. 

• Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.  

• Identify and resolve operational challenges and guest concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all. 

• Promote a positive and inclusive team culture by fostering associate engagement, motivation, and professional development. 

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards to create a secure and efficient work environment. 

• Prepare and present regular reports
