Senior Manager, Demand Generation Marketing (HubSpot)

The Demand Generation marketer will develop and implement strategies to generate leads and revenue for the company. This individual will be responsible for working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, using data and analytics to measure and improve performance using HubSpot as our central source of truth. These efforts will grow our database, engage and retain our prospects, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main administrator of HubSpot for Fluent’s internal team with a focus on automation, workflows, email marketing, reporting, dashboards, and more.
- Utilize HubSpot to create lead generation campaigns, collect performance data and identify areas to refine future marketing investments for our B2B customers and prospects.
- Participate in the strategic development of the company's social strategy and execute (both paid and organic) including LinkedIn, Twitter & Instagram and Google Adwords
- Maintain our WordPress website while looking for areas to improve the site’s SEO.
- Optimize HubSpot landing pages, thank you pages, email workflows, and calls to action based on data available and campaign suggestions from marketing and sales.
- Promote shareable content appropriate for specific networks to both spread our customers’ content and links with current running campaigns.
- Strategize with other departments on the integration of HubSpot into other aspects of our overarching business practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategies for growth, customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation or a related field
- Proficiency in marketing automation and HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- A desire to learn and grow in the demand generation field
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 - The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Fluent salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
